Year Six Whakangahau

Hi I’m Harrison yesterday I got my year six badge in our whakangahau(assembly) Tu Kaha(stand tall) means to me that I’m a leader so I need to help others and stand proud and lead in my learning.I think the whakangahau was about coming together to celebrate getting our badges.Wearing my badge means to me that me and all the other year six have been picked to be a leader in lots of different ways, like on the sports field or in the classroom.

You can invite anyone in the world to dinner at your house - who would you invite and why?         I would pick Donald Trump!because I really want to know what it's like to be president. best thing about school this year

My best thing about school this year is camp.

Climbing         Ropes           Water  Safety

Camp is real fun because you get to learn about the outdoors and how to be safe. You could learn about river safe bush safe and you to go climbing all the activities were really fun. You also got to make your own dinner on one of the nights.Camp was at TOPEC.

Jossi wells

This week I have been writing about Jossi wells he is a freestyle skier.I competes in competitions like Xgames & winter olympics.

WIT

This week we have started a new WIT called super senses our task is to trap a snail and look at a snail senses. We have to trap the snail without killing it.We have to research before we do it so the we do not kill the snail.
